We bring chocolate back to its roots!

Let yourself be enchanted by the wonderful experience of ceremonial cacao. For our ceremonies, we use cacao which is grown in Mexico and Guatemala. Fermentation, drying and further processing are carried out more gently with ceremonial cacao than with conventional cacao, which preserves the valuable ingredients.

The specially prepared ceremony is accompanied by meditation, drumming, movement, singing and a sound journey. After the ceremony, which lasts about 2 hours, there is a small snack and time for conversation in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

How the cacao is prepared

We mix the cacao with water and not milk. It is therefore also suitable for a vegan diet. Depending on the season, occasion and intentions, we enrich the drink with various spices (e.g. cinnamon, chili), add some almond butter and a pinch of salt and pepper. We also sweeten lightly with agave syrup. Most of the ingredients are based on what is available in the Mayan and Aztec regions. However, there may be certain exceptions.

The cacao drink and snack are vegan because animal dairy products impair the antioxidant effect of cacao. If we have to take certain restrictions (allergies) into account, please let us know when you register and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Look forward to experiencing:

  • Arrival and welcome

  • Purification through smudging

  • Cacao ceremony (approx. 2 hours) with meditation, sound journey, drumming and movement

  • Conclusion with snack and exchange
